Ticketing Staff

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle flight bookings efficiently using Amadeus or other GDS platforms.
- Assist customers in selecting the best flight options based on their preferences and budget.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering travel advice.
- Process ticket reservations, changes, cancellations, and refunds accurately and promptly.
- Stay updated on airline policies, fare rules, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Maximize sales opportunities by upselling additional services such as travel insurance, seat upgrades, and hotel accommodations.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions in the booking system.
- Keep abreast of promotional offers, discounts, and special deals to promote sales effectively.
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in the travel industry, preferably in ticketing and reservations.
- Proficiency in using Amadeus or other GDS systems for flight bookings.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local languages, both verbal and written.
- Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with good organisational skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
