**Exp: 4 to 10 years**
- **Appoint network of retailers/ dealers/ distributors enhance market penetration and business.**:
- To achieve sales targets of month, quarter, annual (Primary & Secondary) and build excellent client relationships.
- Ensure and achieve collection target on timely basis from market.
- Ensure proper display of the products, POP, etc in the market.
- cute the schemes for distribution/ dealer/ retailers to achieve target.
- Analyzing the market potential, forecasting sales and collection for the territory.
- **Expedite sales and marketing plan execution for new product, product promotion and implementation of business strategies to accomplish the decided targets.**:
- Proficient at analyzing market trends to provide critical inputs for business development initiatives and formulation of selling and marketing strategies.
- Getting Balance confirmation from business partner every month.
- **Increase company product market share in the region.**:
- Build team and motivate them for high performance.
- To provide market information and feedback on competitor schemes /meets (like retailer/dealers/ builders/architects/electrician).
- Preparing Weekly and Monthly reports and Target plans for monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly and sending same to RSM/BU head.
- Rest day to day work assigned.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
