**We’re looking for someone who can**:
- HR Business Partnership
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing HR guidance to achieve business goals.
- Collaborate with managers to understand team dynamics, challenges, and objectives, and develop HR strategies.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives for a positive work culture.
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
Talent Management:
- Performance Management:
- Implement and manage the performance management process, ensuring clear goal-setting, regular feedback, and evaluations.
- Provide guidance to managers to address performance issues and implement improvement plans.
Talent Development:
- Display strong bias for action across OD practices to nurture a performance-driven culture
- Identify, develop and implement L&D programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Create and maintain a competency matrix to ensure alignment between skills and organizational objectives.
- Lead succession planning strategies and develop high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends, provide insights, and make data-driven recommendations for HR and business strategy improvements.
**What makes you the right fit for this position?**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
- 7 - 10 years of progressively responsible HR experience, with a focus on HRBP and talent management functions.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully partnering with business leaders to drive HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- A high degree of integrity and honesty; ability to exercise confidentiality and neutrality in complex and unique situations
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
