Resource Coordinator ( Female)

General Duties

Co-ordinates the implementation of all Homecare Services which includes Nursing and personal care services, to ensure that quality service is provided to meet client needs

**Responsibilities**:

- Identifying Homecare Caretaker/ Nurse hiring needs and developing job description and specifications.
- On-board the new joiner, provide necessary explanation on job description, Organisation structure, policies and procedures, forms etc
- Arrange the training and induction plan for new joiners well in advance
- Able to establish and maintain professional interpersonal relationships

*Maintain joining formalities and supporting documents along with following process
- On-board screened caretaker/ Nurse to Hostels
- Communicate with Sales team about profile availability
- Share Caretaker or Nurse Profile and relevant documents to the call centre or sales person based on patient requirements
- Involve patient deployment activities which includes documents sharing ,video call approval, patient and staff coordination
- timely updates to the concerns team especially deployment and replacement activities
- Inform Caretaker/ Nurse about the patient conditions and daily activities before the deployment and make sure that staff have got the complete information about the particular patient care
- Make sure caretaker/ Nurse carrying relevant documents for patient care activities
- Make sure staffs are wearing Proper Uniform and ID cards when they deploy at Hospital/patient care
- Follow up with the deployed staffs about the daily activity reports
- Maintain attendance reports of deployed and on-boarded staffs
- Share the attendance and salary report to Accounts team
- Coordinate with sale team, Field coordinator and patient/ Client for the deployment activities
- Inform to Sales team about the daily resource availability
- On-board new Homecare Vendors and share the terms about B2B model
- Negotiate and finalize with Homecare vendors about the standard prices about their particular services
- Homecare vendors supportive documents signed as per the company terms before on-boarding
- Identify and resolve issues on timely manner if in case of caretaker and nurse related issues at client place
- Create staff or patient incident reports in case of issues

**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**

High school diploma or equivalent; some companies may require a bachelor's degree.

Proven experience in Resources management

Proficiency in using Resources management software, CRMs, and other relevant tools.

Proficiency in MS Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

Empathy and patience in dealing with customers and staffs concerns and complaints.

Salary : 13000 to 20000 Per Month
