**Industrial Resource**
The Industrial Resource you shall play a crucial role in managing and maintaining positive relationships between the management and the employees within the organization. This position involves managing and coordinating various resources, adept understanding and implementing of Factories Act and other Statutory requirements, overseeing industrial processes, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
Experience - 3-4 yrs experience
Location : Dodaballapur ( Karnataka)
**Industrial Resource Management**:
1. Coordinate and allocate resources to support industrial operations.
2. Monitor and track resource utilization
3. Collaborate with production teams to forecast resource requirements and ensure timely availability.
4. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization related to industrial resources.
**Indian Statutory Compliance**:
1. Stay updated on Indian labour laws, industrial regulations, and other statutory requirements relevant to the organization's operations.
2. Ensure compliance with labour laws pertaining to minimum wages, working hours, leave entitlements, and other employee-related regulations.
3. Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures in compliance with the Factories Act, Occupational Safety and Health regulations, and other applicable legislation.
4. Maintain accurate records and documentation to demonstrate compliance with Indian statutory requirements.
5. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and practices related to industrial relations in accordance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
6. Provide guidance and support to management and employees on matters related to employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions
7. Maintain effective communication channels with employees and other relevant stakeholders to address concerns, resolve disputes, and promote a positive work environment.
9. Represent the organization during discussions with employees ensuring the company's interests are protected while fostering productive relationships.
10. Conduct investigations into employee complaints, disciplinary matters, and other conflicts, ensuring fairness and adherence to due process.
11. Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for employee engagement, performance management, and talent retention.
12. Stay updated with changes in labour laws, regulations, and industry best practices, and proactively advise management on potential impacts and necessary adjustments.
13. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation related to industrial relations activities, providing accurate and timely information to management and relevant stakeholders.
14. Maintain records and documentation related to employee grievances, settlements, disciplinary actions, and other industrial relations matters.
**Communication and Coordination**:
1. Serve as a point of contact between various departments, vendors, and external stakeholders.
2. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and departments.
3. Coordinate with external service providers and contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
4. Act as a liaison with regulatory authorities and assist in maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
**Documentation and Compliance**:
1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including industrial resource data, process documentation, and regulatory compliance records.
2. Assist in preparing and submitting reports to regulatory agencies and management as required.
3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, environmental standards, and other relevant industry-specific requirements.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as industrial engineering, operations management, or business administration.
- Proven experience in industrial operations, resource management, or related fields.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data management and documentation.
- Knowledge of industrial processes, quality management systems, and safety regulations to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 per month
