As a Performance Marketer at our digital marketing company, your primary responsibility will be to drive measurable results and optimize marketing campaigns to achieve our clients' business objectives. You will be a key player in enhancing their online presence, increasing brand awareness, and driving customer acquisition, engagement and revenue growth.

**Responsibilities**:
Campaign Strategy and Execution:

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with their goals and objectives.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and ensure effective campaign targeting.

**Performance Optimization**:

- Monitor campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and other relevant KPIs.
- Use data-driven insights to identify optimization opportunities, refine targeting, adjust bids, and improve overall campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement iterative improvements to maximize conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and enhance performance marketing strategies.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, generate regular reports, and provide actionable recommendations to clients.
- Develop performance dashboards and data visualizations to communicate campaign results, trends, and insights effectively.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to set performance goals, establish tracking mechanisms, and measure campaign success.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives, demonstrating expertise, and providing strategic recommendations.
- Regularly communicate campaign progress, insights, and performance updates to clients, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Address client queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or related roles.
- Proficiency in using performance marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Advertising, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and experience in running experiments to optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and performance advertising.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
