We're seeking an experienced, product-focused UX Designer to join our experienced team. In this role, you'll have a hand in defining overall UX strategy and leading the day-to-day design and UX lifecycle for various projects across the product portfolio. Based on the project, you'll think strategically and tactically and collaborate with the Director of Experience Strategy, Lead Architect, and other SMEs.

We need someone comfortable designing and moderating design thinking-based workshops and other brainstorming exercises. We value people who push back with data, experience good practices, and juggle multiple projects and timelines while still producing work that engages our customers and participates in the vision.

**Required Skills**:

- An online portfolio showcasing first-rate design chops, solutions to big UX product problems, and your user-centered process.
- 8+ years in a UX Designer or Product Designer role, with prior experience operating at a senior level.
- Strategic, big-picture vision
- Ability to plan and manage your workload.
- A Passion for users and design trends, an understanding of UX and design best practices, and knowing which one to use.
- Solid understanding of information architecture tools and techniques, including site maps, concept maps, and process flows
- Strong attention to detail and an acute aesthetic sensibility make stakeholders see the big picture.
- Conduct user research and analyze data to gain insights into user behavior, preferences, and needs.
- Translate user insights into meaningful narratives, design intuitive and effective solutions for users, and support the overall business strategy.
- Plan and oversee usability testing sessions to validate design concepts and gather user feedback.
- Create site maps, use cases, and user flows to communicate a site's navigation and structure.
- Effectively articulate and explain design decisions, research findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Develop wireframes that demonstrate the intended user experience and functionality.
- Work closely with product owners to gather and understand business and feature requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product, and development teams to ensure design solutions align with business goals and technical constraints.
- Educate stakeholders on best practices and industry standards related to user experience design.
- Work closely with other UX/CX team members to ensure consistency and alignment across all digital touchpoints and channels.
- Continuously improve the user experience of digital products and services through testing, data analysis, user feedback, and industry research.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, related field, or equivalent work
- 8+ years of experience in UX design
- IDEO Certification(s)
- Experience in Platform/Digital Transformation designs,
- Experience conducting UX research and analysis.
- Strong knowledge using design tools (Figma or similar) and analysis tools (Hotjar or similar)
