As the Platform evolves and grows deeper into Industry specific verticals, we are looking at stellar Front End Architects to lead such verticals. You are a person who can comprehend industry specific requirements by diving deep with the customers and architect clean industry specific products always upholding platform design and implementation principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable, responsive, and well-documented front-end architectures with clean, functional and beautiful UI/UX

Engage customers & stakeholders to understand business requirements, extract the requirements to build future proof features on the platform to continuously evolve the platform, keeping a discerning eye for avoiding feature creep and maintaining heathy ROI on the roadmap features

Meticulously plan the major and minor releases and maintain version controls at all times with relevant documentation

Lead the internal team of UX/UI designers, developers, QA, delivery and support to drive the platform and specific products end to end, while having a hands on approach to code writing, code reviews and upholding coding standards in the team; Build the team as needed

Uphold the platform/product requirements for speed, stability and scalability, ensuring top-tier performance on both mobile and desktop

Stay informed about emerging front-end technologies, industry trends, Google and Apple policies and guidelines and ensure up to date policy frameworks on the platform/product level.


Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Front-End technical leader demonstrated through building and maintaining high-performing, scalable frontend platforms/products; Having done it for a startup/s is a plus

Deep understanding of web design principles, accessibility standards, and mobile-first design methodologies and expertise in React, TypeScript, AngularJS, and HTML/CSS. Experience with VueJS is a plus

Exceptional problem-solving abilities, keen eye for good UI/UX and attention to detail, organised with a fetish for documentation and proficiency in writing code as well as conducting high-quality code reviews, guiding and mentoring team members; hiring experience is a plus

Strong collaborative and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and various stakeholders. Ability to defend the roadmap internally and externally and get relevant buy-ins is a plus

Ability to grasp the big picture and yet have attention to detail, self driven, intrinsically motivated. Ability to drive the given domains with a high degree of accountability, ownership and pride in their work is a big plus.
