Senior Front End Web Developer

Responsibilities
Develop re-usable, maintainable, accessible cross-platform HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front end web application components while adhering to web and team standards Working in a Continuous Integration paradigm, develops with testing in mind; authors unit tests to provide sufficient testing coverage for each developed component Write unit tests to provide sufficient testing coverage for each developed component Continually review and improve front end performance of the web application Work with creative and business partners to understand, build and adjust web application functionality and visual presentation to support business goals Work with server-side, infrastructure and 3rd party technology partners to build, integrate and deploy web application functionality and visual presentation to support business goals Work with project technical lead and/or front end architect to create technical designs and implementation plans Work with front end leads and architects to evolve and advance the state of the front end technology stack Act as technical lead for projects in partnership with Product delivery teams in absence of lead Assist and mentor teammates in areas of tech design, implementation and domain expertise Ensure accuracy and attention to detail throughout the development process Remain curious and current with new developments in the front end web development industry Driven to deliver a world-class customer experience Have and maintain a growth mindset for yourself, your peers, and your team Collaborative, inclusive, and flexible senior team member with the ability to work effectively with teams located in different locations. Highly organized analytical thinker with attention to detail. Possess effective verbal communication, writing, and presentation skills Ability to meet deadlines and deliver projects in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with new technologies, tools and development processes QualificationsQualifications:
5-8 years of practical front end web development experience. Expert in HTML, CSS, JS and ReactJS (2-3 years of experience in ReactJS) Strong background in front end web development with both technical and visual expertise. Experience with Front End Tech design. Experience with following standards and technologies is essential: DOM, JSON, AJAX, HTML5 Video, Git Deep knowledge of and discipline in the application of Web development best practices Experience with agile methodologies and supporting practices, tools, and technology Experience with object oriented programming, automated testing, continuous integration & deployment, and supporting tools and technologies Web presentation-layer (“UI”) expert who bridges the creative and technical aspects of website creation and delivery Knowledge of WCAG 2.0 AA is desirable-
