Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front End Developer to join our team at Leadrat. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications using Angular (all versions).

Your expertise in front-end technologies will enable you to optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Front End Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using Angular (all versions), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  2. Deployment and Maintenance: Handle deployment processes for front end applications, monitor and maintain application performance, ensure high availability and scalability, debug and resolve any front end issues and bugs in a timely manner.
  3. Team Coordination and Collaboration: Collaborate closely with back end developers, designers, and product managers to deliver seamless and user-centric solutions, participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share best practices.
  4. Training and Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior front end developers, conduct training sessions to upskill team members on the latest front end technologies and best practices.
  5. Escalation Management: Handle minor escalations and provide solutions to front end-related issues, communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates on progress.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in front end technologies, contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting and implementing new technologies, tools, and processes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Front End Developer or similar role in a startup or product-based environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Angular (all versions), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with front end build and deployment processes.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and train junior developers.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration.
  • Familiarity with front end testing frameworks.
  • Understanding of agile methodologies and development processes.
