**Role Overview**

The channel partner will be responsible for establishing a network of doctors and healthcare professionals to generate patient referrals. The role also involves coordinating between referred patients and MRHSSPL therapists to ensure smooth onboarding and conversion. This position is commission-based, with no fixed sales targets. Partners will receive extensive support, guidance, and exclusive earning opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Doctor Channel Development**
- Establish and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers in your region.
- Secure patient references from these healthcare professionals.

**2. Patient Referral Management**
- Collect and manage patient references from doctors and other healthcare channels.
- Facilitate a smooth coordination process between referred patients and our therapists.
- Every Channel partner will be given a dedicated assistance from the Company. The Responsibility of nurturing the patients and ensuring conversion would be taken by the Company. The Channel Partners needs to strive to maintain excellent relationship with other medical professional entities to ensure heightened brand value and brand confidence in the markets.

**3. Sales Support & Conversion**
- Guide referred patients and ensure their seamless conversion into MRHSSPL therapy programs.
- Serve as the key contact for any follow-ups or queries from patients during the onboarding process.

**4. Reporting & Market Feedback**
- Share progress reports, lead updates, and market insights with ARULA.
- Provide suggestions to improve the patient referral and conversion process.

**Incentive Structure**
- 3% commission on monthly sales up to INR 3,00,000 (excluding GST).
- 4% commission on monthly sales from INR 3,00,001 to INR 5,00,000 (excluding GST).
- 5% commission on monthly sales above INR 5,00,000 (excluding GST).

**Assured cash bonus for extraordinary performance.**

Example:
If you secure INR 6,00,000 in sales in a month, your commission would be calculated as:

- 3% on INR 3,00,000 = INR 9,000
- 4% on INR 2,00,000 = INR 8,000
- 5% on INR 1,00,000 = INR 5,000

Total commission = INR 22,000

Additionally, high-performing channel partners are eligible for an assured cash bonus as a reward for their exceptional monthly performance and all the well-performing dedicated channel partners get an annual surprise bonus from the company.
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's or Master's
- Experience: Experience in channel sales, business development, healthcare referral management, or similar roles is preferred.
- Network: Strong connections with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals will be an advantage.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in English and Hindi is required.
- Mindset: Self-driven, motivated, and proactive in achieving results.
