**Responsibilities**
- Recruit and manage a team of agency leaders and agents.
- Ensure recruitment targets for agency leaders and agents are exceeded.
- Maintain compliance with IRDA guidelines.
- Enhance agent and financial executive capabilities and performance.
- Support sales promotion activities and overall agency operations.
