**Position Overview**

The Partner Liaison Officer will be the primary point of contact for our company’s partners, ensuring smooth communication, seamless support, and strong collaboration. This role is crucial in managing and fostering relationships with partners, understanding their needs, and facilitating the necessary coordination within the company to provide solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the go-to person for all partner-related queries, concerns, and requests, providing exceptional service and timely responses.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring regular communication and updates.
- Liaise between partners and internal teams to coordinate resources, information, and tasks effectively.
- Assist partners in understanding the company’s products, services, and processes, providing ongoing support and training where necessary.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns partners may have, ensuring smooth and effective collaboration.
- Monitor partner satisfaction and identify areas for improvement to enhance the partnership experience.
- Manage and track all partner communications and interactions, ensuring clear documentation and follow-up.
- Provide regular reports and feedback to the management team on partner relationships, performance, and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on company offerings, policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information and guidance to partners.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Sustainability, or a related field.
- Strong technical background with an understanding of technology, sustainability, and climate tech preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
- Proven experience in partner management, customer relations, or client-facing roles.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with strong problem-solving skills.
- High level of organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
