**Reporting, roles and responsibilities**
**Support the Chief Impact Officer in providing easy to understand insights from Organisation’s monitoring data and research evidence. This includes**:
- Working closely with the Grant & Donor Reporting Manager to contributing to the development of clear and user-friendly evidence communications products;
- Aiding in the actioning of key evidences produced from Organisation’s impact studies;
- Work closely with the Chief Impact Officer to communicate high-level quarterly and annual analyses using Organisation’s Learning Framework and additional monitoring data sources;
- Work to bring together key insights from impact studies and internal monitoring data; and support the Co-Founders in developing, updating and communicating annual impact report.
**Enabling a data driven culture by supporting research, execution and technology teams to understand and use our measures and platforms by**:
- Lead on designing and implementing the Impact Dashboard in close collaboration with the Technology Team and the Chief Impact Officer.
- Support the creation and development of regular, needs-based and relevant and user-friendly impact reports for programming;
- Conducting field visits and frequent interactions with execution and research teams to develop a deeper understanding of how data is collected and used
- Work closely with the Chief Impact Officer and technology team to support the further improvement of internal data systems, indicators and data collection based on feedback received and reflections;
**Provide insights and actively participate in discussions surrounding core M&E processes including**:
- Team vision and goals;
- Learning Framework;
- Research portfolio: internal learning & impact studies;
- Monthly monitoring processes and products (monthly data overview, dashboard and quarterly data update for donor reporting).
**Required skills and experience**
We are looking for the following competencies as a part of this role:
- Post-graduate or graduate degree preferably in anthropology, economics, evaluation, social sciences or statistics.
- 1-2 years of direct work experience relating to applied research, monitoring or evaluation, preferably in the context of international development or education.
- 3+ years of overall work experience.
- Previous experience working with qualitative or mixed methods research is preferred, knowledge of R, STATA, NVIVO or MaxQDA is an asset.
- Previous experience managing or working with data collection partners.
- Ability to 'keep it simple' in terms of how to communicate and facilitate the use of monitoring and evaluation data.
- Oral and written fluency in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams with people from diverse contexts and backgrounds.
- Ability to embrace ambiguity and learning as a member of a small and energetic team.
- Willingness to travel (30%) to remote locations across India.
**Salary**: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
