**About Us**:
We are a premium interior products showroom, specializing in high-quality furnishings, décor, and fittings. We cater to both residential and commercial spaces, offering a wide range of products such as furniture, lighting, flooring, wallpapers, and more. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team and help drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and provide product recommendations based on their preferences and budget.
- **Sales Conversion**: Drive sales by understanding customer needs, showcasing product features, offering solutions, and closing sales.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the showroom's product range, including specifications, materials, pricing, and availability.
- **Customer Service**: Address customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships.
- **Sales Reporting**: Track daily sales, maintain records of customer interactions, and report sales performance to management.
- **Showroom Maintenance**: Ensure the showroom is always presentable, products are displayed attractively, and inventory is well-managed.
- **Upselling & Cross-Selling**: Suggest complementary products to customers, maximize revenue through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the showroom team, including designers, inventory managers, and other sales staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the interior products, home décor, or furniture industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Good knowledge of interior products and current market trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in basic computer software (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
- A keen eye for detail and an understanding of design aesthetics is a plus.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Prior experience in retail sales or interior products is advantageous.
- Fluency in local language and English is essential.
