Customer Support Executive

**Job Responsibility**:
- Complies with legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
- Co-ordinate with New Client for data.
- Prepare Customizations List and prepare Test Cases.
- Collect data from client and prepare the same at our end before implementation at client end.
- Going to the client place for implementation and training.
- Ensure Statutory compliance relating to payroll with regard to - Income Tax, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act and PF, ESI and Professional Tax
- Calculation of perquisite, arrears & Investment declaration.
- Handling Claims & Reimbursement.
- Maintains payroll information by consolidating data calculation and entering of data.
- Ensure the processing of new hires, temporary workers, transfers, promotions andterminations is accurate and timely
- Ensure systems are set-up and updated to reflect our current employee base, including wages, benefits, sick and vacation time in line with contracts (union and non-union)
- Manage regular preparation of relevant management reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports (gross payroll, hours worked, vacation accrual, tax deductions, benefit deductions, etc.)
**Educational/Experience: -**
- BECE, BEIT, MCA
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic statutory knowledge.
- Ability to develop project plans, manage individual deadlines and goals.
Pay: From ₹150,000.00 per year
