**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Generate the Invoices, LR and E-way bill (3 copies: - Original copy, duplicate copy and triplicate) for the product to be delivered.
- Print the invoices and hand it over to the office clerk.
- Update the IOD after when the goods are delivered to the respective dealer. Collect POD and maintain records.
- File the Warehouse copy of invoices, LR and Eway bills.
- Preparation of Vendor Bills
- Petty cash handling
- Maintenance of company vehicle and documents
- Taking care of Staffs transportation and food ( Pick and Drop )
- Attendance corrections and preparing Payroll
- MIs reports

- Ability to handle contingencies
- Time management skills
- Reporting skills
- Proficient knowledge in excel computing skills
- Ability to speak English and Hindi in addition to the vernacular language
- Should possess practical knowledge on excel with functions like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, PIVOT Tables and other related functions
- 4 Wheel License must
