Overview:
An Inside Service Sales Support role is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Inside Sales team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery to customers. This role involves working closely with the sales team to manage customer inquiries, facilitate order processing, and provide ongoing customer service support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Service team to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery to customers
- Support the Sales Service team with incoming customer inquiries, profiling of these inquiries, and escalate issues as necessary
- Support vendor registration process on customer portal/manual as applicable
- Monitor and manage customer accounts/MIS, including tracking sales, processing invoices, and managing customer complaints
- Work closely with other departments, including customer service, logistics, and credit, to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Assist with order processing and tracking, including managing purchase orders, order changes, and cancellations
- Provide ongoing customer service support, including responding to customer queries and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide support to legal in coordination for contract setup & accounting services team
- Involved in SFDC cleanups
- Managing common mailbox
- Collaborate with the Sales Service team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products and services to customers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Continuously improve product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends

Qualifications:

- Any Graduate with minimum 60% score
- Good Communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge or Experience of any ERP/CRM tool (SFDC would be a plus)
