**Education and Experience**
- Minimum Graduate / preferable MBA in any stream
- 3-4Years of work experience of IT Product and Service Sales
- MS office skills are must
- Presentation Skills

**Key Responsibilities**:
1) Will work hand-in-hand with Sales team on all customer accounts from service perspective

2) Responsible for monthly/quarterly service review with customers belong to the region.

3) Responsible for the service performance of the region.

4) OEM / Partners management

5) Responsible for Service revenue of the region

6) SLA management as per the agreement.

7) Apple KPI management. - CSAT, ACSE score (RepTAT, CCLR, PPR)

8) Tracking of all Hardware / Software open calls

9) Managing engineers to get optimal level of productivity

10) Ensure proper part management at warehouse

11) Ensure technical assistance to all engineers to manage their work more effectively

12) Manage local approvals of repairs at GSX.

13 Training engineers for best practices.
