**HRBP - JD**
**1.Employee Engagement**:
- Targeted one on one connects, focused group discussions etc. with employees to know the pulse of the organization and taking corrective measures to maximize productivity and develop highly engaged teams
- Manage and update required connect details, MIS and other trackers on regular basis
- To suggest new employee initiatives for the organization including design and implementation
- Identifying critical talents and building appropriate interventions around them
- Ensuring skip level meets are conducted on regular basis and immediately acting on the concern areas
**2.Career Management**:
- Enable career movements for employees and create awareness of career paths
- Responsible for ensuring smooth integration of new joiners through Buddy Program
**3.Attrition Management**:
- Proactively connect with employees to ensure problems are addressed, connect with managers, employees and conduct retention reversal discussions Guide exiting employees through attrition process and system transactions.
- Analyse trends in employee turnover, employee engagement surveys and recommend intervention backed by data
- Acting on inputs from early warning tools like Attrition Risk Profiling.
- **4.Compliance and Escalation Management**:
- Handle escalations effectively and bring them to a satisfactory closure
- Resolve employee escalations within TAT and policy framework
**5. HR Support**
- Dealing appropriately with disciplinary / misconduct / harassment cases and take necessary action in lines with the organization's policy
- Closely working with talent acquisition, HR operations, OD & learning teams to meet the specific needs of the business units
- Generating Social media marketing ideas for more attracting more talent
**6.Recruitment**:
- Having good knowledge and experience of recruitment is must.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹340,665.17 - ₹500,000.00 per year
