Rolling out offers.
- Maintaining master list of offers and cross-checking salary pay-outs randomly against offers every month.
- Coordination with new joiners on day one of joining along with training vertical.
- SPOC for employee grievances, queries.
- Maintaining a master list of grievances / queries with TAT.
- A bridge between HR and Ops for smooth coordination and give and take of info and any new initiatives.
- Orientation of new joiners
- today independently and in future in coordination with L&D Head Managing vacancies master list
- Managing licenses
- Visiting stores along with me and Head Retail whenever he joins
- Coordinating recruitments with recruiters and get into recruitments directly and thru consultants too.
- Employee trainings...keka, claims. Others.
- First round of interviews only for store staff, COM, entry level, etc.
- Help ops vertical to manage / approve OT, store staff claims.
- Manage certificates of weekly stars and other certifications.

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
