Sales and Client Engagement Executive

**Job description**:
As a Sales and Client Engagement Executive at StitchNX Creation, your role is pivotal to our business. You will be responsible for driving client engagement and sales activities, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the development and execution of effective sales strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Client Engagement**:Identify and initiate contact with potential clients to expand our client base.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Contribute to the development of sales strategies and assist in delivering effective sales presentations.
**Client Relationship Management**:Build and nurture strong and positive client relationships to foster loyalty.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
**Sales Support**:Maintain client databases, sales records, and reports for efficient sales management.
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize processes and achieve sales targets.
**Market Research and Analysis**:Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Provide valuable insights and recommendations to enhance sales strategies.
**Operations Support**:Coordinate and monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Collaborate with the production team to manage workflow and process optimization.
Handle order processing, inventory management, and quality control.
**Customer Service**:Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving them promptly.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
**Documentation and Reporting**:Prepare and maintain comprehensive records for efficient operations.
Generate reports to track sales performance and gain valuable insights for decision-making.
**Qualification**:Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Motivated and self-driven, with a passion for sales and client engagement.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment and a commitment to meeting targets.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: ₹8,841.89 - ₹15,000.00 per month
