**About the Role**:
As a Scrum Master, you will be the facilitator and coach for our Scrum teams, ensuring they operate efficiently and deliver high-quality results. You will champion Agile methodologies, remove roadblocks, and foster a collaborative and continuous improvement mindset.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate and guide Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective).
- Educate and coach team members on Agile principles and practices (Scrum, Kanban).
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
- Foster collaboration and communication within the Scrum team.
- Promote continuous improvement by analyzing team performance and suggesting optimizations.

- Manage team dependencies and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
- Maintain a positive and supportive team environment.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Agile trends and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- 8+ years of experience working in Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of Scrum principles, practices, and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
- Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and fostering team collaboration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is preferred.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or a recognized Agile certification is a plus.
