Assistant Recruiter

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Understanding Requirements: Proactively understand non-technical resource requirements by collaborating with hiring managers and department heads.
- Targeted Recruitment Plans: Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to meet the organization’s staffing needs and goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business priorities and ensure recruitment efforts align with overall business goals.
- Bulk & Sales Hiring: Leverage experience in bulk and sales hiring to efficiently manage high-volume recruitment processes.
- Team Management: Lead a team of 5-10 members, addressing their grievances, providing guidance, and evaluating their performance.
- Individual Contributor Role: Demonstrate comfort and efficiency in an individual contributor (IC) role, managing recruitment tasks independently when necessary.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- 4+ years of HR experience, with a strong emphasis on Talent Acquisition and team handling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in recruitment, particularly in bulk and sales hiring.
- Strong understanding of non-technical roles and resource requirements.
- Experience in team management, including handling grievances and performance evaluations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in both a team and individual contributor capacity.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
