**Job Description**:

- Address customer queries regarding travel arrangements such as flight bookings,

accommodations, and tour packages.
- Handle customer grievances with professionalism and empathy, striving for swift resolution.
- Guide customers through our website, aiding in bookings and reservation management.
- Post sale queries like Refund, Re-issue, Void, cancellation & Voucher generation
- Maintain meticulous customer records within our CRM system.
- Stay abreast of product and policy updates to furnish accurate information.
- Achieve or surpass performance benchmarks for customer satisfaction and issue

resolution.
- Engage in ongoing training and coaching sessions to enhance service proficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years in customer service, travel industry experience is must.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude, prioritizing prompt resolution.
- Familiarity with GDS systems like Travelport, Amadeus, and Sabre is a must.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Flexible working in shift’s, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Capacity to work autonomously or collaboratively.
- Understanding of B2B, B2C, and corporate tools online is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
