Key Responsibilities:
Asset Procurement:
Asset Deployment and Tracking: Coordinate the allocation and distribution of IT assets to end-users, ensuring proper configuration, installation, and setup. Implement tracking mechanisms, such as asset

Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets, including desktops, laptops, servers, peripherals, software licenses, Asset Maintenance and Support: Coordinate with internal IT teams or external vendors to schedule and track maintenance activities, repairs, and upgrades for IT assets. Ensure timely resolution of hardware or software issues and facilitate the return of faulty assets under warranty.

Asset Disposal and Recycling: Develop and enforce procedures for the safe disposal or recycling of retired or obsolete IT assets in compliance with applicable regulations and environmental guidelines.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to IT assets, including purchase details, warranties, maintenance logs, and disposal records. Generate regular reports on asset inventory, utilization,

Compliance and Security: Ensure IT assets adhere to organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with security teams to implement asset security controls, including access restrictions, encryption, and vulnerability management.

Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with IT vendors and service providers, ensuring the timely delivery of assets, adherence to contractual agreements, and resolution of any vendor-related issues.

Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate asset management processes and identify opportunities for improvement, such as automation, streamlining workflows, or implementing asset management software. Make recommendations to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and asset utilization.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in IT asset management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, and infrastructure components.
- Familiarity with asset management tools and systems.
- Understanding of IT asset lifecycle processes, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining asset records.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of IT security and compliance principles.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and environmental guidelines for asset disposal.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: From ₹280,000.00 per year
