**Key Responsibilities:Brand Strategy and Development**
- Collaborate with clients to understand their brand vision, target audience, and business objectives.
- Develop and articulate brand positioning, voice, and messaging frameworks that align with client goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for differentiation.
- Oversee brand guidelines creation and ensure consistency across all marketing and communication channels.

**Content Strategy and Creation**
- Develop comprehensive content strategies that align with brand goals, ensuring multi-platform consistency.
- Plan, create, and oversee high-quality, engaging content, including blogs, social media posts, videos, infographics, and campaign assets.
- Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of materials across various channels.
- Write and edit copy for marketing campaigns, websites, and promotional materials with a focus on clarity and audience appeal.

**Campaign Management**
- Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with clients’ brand identities.
- Collaborate with design, social media, and performance marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

**Client Collaboration and Communication**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding brand and content strategy.
- Present ideas, concepts, and project updates to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Foster strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing strategic guidance.

**Team Leadership and Coordination**
- Lead brainstorming sessions and inspire creative teams to deliver outstanding work.
- Mentor junior team members in brand management and content creation best practices.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, digital, and media, to ensure seamless execution.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹65,599.09 per month
