Pepper Content ( is building a global content marketplace that brings companies and content creators together to scale up content creation processes across 75+ content verticals and 150+ content categories. Over the past 5 years, over 100,000+ freelance content creators have applied to be part of the Pepper network of which we work with the top 5% of talent, and on the other end - we work with over 2500+ customers like Amazon, Adobe, Google, HDFC Bank, Adani, and the majority of the startup ecosystem.
We are looking to hire a Brand Strategist to develop and execute content and communication strategies for an FMCG bran. The responsibilities will include determining the problem areas for a brand, understanding the objective and customer journeys, and directing a way forward via content to increase brand awareness and retention.
What you'll do:
- Lead & own the end-to-end process of new business pitch presentations, from campaign concept to execution of sample creatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, films, outreach, media, etc.) to craft compelling pitches that clients can't resist.
- Work on a diverse range of projects: from binge-worthy OTT shows to innovative tech companies and heartwarming baby products.
- Lead brainstorm sessions, guiding creative insights and ensuring ideas come to life for clients.
- Conduct primary & secondary research to gather consumer, category, and company insights that inform pitch strategy.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and analyze market dynamics to shape brand positioning and communication strategies.
- Visualize and execute ideas across multiple platforms, ensuring seamless amplification of campaigns.
