**Work Location**:Ithum Tower, Sector 62, Noida

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the Founder’s schedule, including arranging and coordinating meetings, travel, and appointments
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Founder and external stakeholders
- Conduct research and compile data for reports, presentations, and other projects
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents as needed
- Coordinate with Recruiting & Accounting team members to ensure that projects and deadlines are met
- Manage and organize files, documents, and other materials
- Perform general administrative duties such as ordering supplies, processing expenses, and preparing invoices
- Prepare proposals and negotiate terms and contracts with clients.
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to generate new business partnerships.
- Assist in full recruiting life-cycle for internal & external hiring, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, documentation and onboarding
- Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research to support marketing strategies
- Create and manage content for social media platforms and other marketing channels
- Assist with the development of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling
- Assist in managing and growing the new & existing client relationships through regular communication, relationship-building
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and requests as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 0-1 year of experience in Executive Assistant, marketing, sales, business development, or in similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
