ABOUT JOB ROLE:
As an International Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the logistics processes for international shipments. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that our international operations run smoothly, from managing vendor relationships to resolving logístical issues. You will act as the primary point of contact for international logistics partners and work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective operations.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Excel Proficiency**: Ability to use Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- **Decision Making**: Effective decision-making skills to handle operational challenges.
- **Problem Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues.
- **Relationship Management**: Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with vendors and partners.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to adapt to changing requirements and work in a dynamic environment.
- **Travel**: Open to travel as required for vendor visits and operational needs.
- **Team Support**: A supportive team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues.

JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- **Vendor Management**: Oversee and manage relationships with international courier service providers to ensure reliable and efficient delivery services.
- **Channel Partnership**: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with various logistics channels.

Work with the customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
- **Problem Solving**: Address and resolve issues that arise in the logistics process to ensure smooth operations.
- **Vendors Relation**: Maintain and enhance relationships with vendors to ensure high service standards and address any concerns.
- **Quality Check**: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards and customer satisfaction.
- **Escalation Management**: Handle escalations and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.
- **Alignments within Team**: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective coordination for international operations.
