**About the Role**
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and convert them into a format that our vendors can easily interpret and act upon.
- Ensure clear and accurate communication of specifications, quantities, and delivery timelines to vendors.
- Generate quotations for customers based on vendor pricing and product availability.
- Prepare invoices for completed transactions and ensure timely issuance to customers.
- Liaise with the logistics team to communicate delivery details to both vendors and customers.
- Monitor delivery schedules to ensure on-time and efficient delivery of products/services.
- Collaborate with the accounts department to reconcile incoming and outgoing payment

related to vendor transactions.
- Assist in resolving any payment-related discrepancies or issues.
- Conduct research to identify potential vendors, gathering contact details, and maintaining a vendor database.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to source new vendors as needed.
- Provide general operational support, responding to queries and addressing operational issues promptly.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of vendor interactions, transactions, and performance metrics. for all stakeholders (internal and external), ensuring on-time delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations coordination, vendor management, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling data and documentation.
- Preferably who is working in the construction material stores (example: Tiles showroom)
