About Rombus:
- Rombus Learning App is a visually rich learning platform to strategically prepare for competitive exams. We provide coaching for more than 90+ competitive exams in India like Kerala PSC, SSC, RAILWAY, BANK,UPSC etc.
ROLES & REQUIREMENTS:
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and whatsapp messaging.
- Good knowledge in GOVT level competitive examinations (PSC, SSC, etc.... ).
Understanding customer needs and requirements.
- Suggest applicable and relevant upsells to help customers place online with everything they need.
- Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Learn how products work and how to troubleshoot issues with customers.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to reporting manager.
- Keep prospective client database updated daily.
- Reference collection from existing customers. Make a good rapport with the customers.
