Inside Sales Executive

As an Inside Sales Executive at **IBARC Technologies**, your primary focus will be on converting leads provided by our marketing team into enrolled students and businesses for our digital marketing courses. You'll play a pivotal role in helping prospective students and businesses understand the value of our courses and guide them through the enrollment process. You'll work closely with the Sales Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and deliver outstanding learning experiences to our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Consultative Selling**:Understand the unique learning needs and goals of prospective students and businesses.
Effectively communicate the benefits and advantages of our digital marketing courses.
Provide detailed information about course content, formats, and enrollment options.
**Sales Quota Achievement**:Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize course enrollments.
**Customer Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with students and businesses.
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and assisting with enrollment processes.
**Pipeline Management**:Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
Forecast course enrollment and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
**Market Research**:Stay updated on digital marketing trends and industry developments.
Share market insights and feedback with the sales and marketing teams.
**Team Collaboration**:Collaborate with colleagues in sales, marketing, and student support to achieve shared objectives.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
