Should have completed a degree in hotel management and catering technology.
- Should have the capacity to handle the kitchen independently as a HOD.
- Should be a team player with good attitude.
- Should control the food cost effectively and efficiently.
- Should have thorough knowledge of all South Indian menus, Indian & North Indian Cuisines.
- Should be capable of handling the Restaurant orders, Staff cafetaria menu, Room service orders, banquet functions, etc.,
- Should be from Chennai location and able to speak Tamil, English & Hindi.
**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
