**Location**: Bangalore - Jayanagar.

**Experience**: 1-2 years
**Qualification**: BBA, B.Com, or any relevant degree
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation using MS Excel and MS Word.
- Assist in logistics processes, including coordinating shipments, managing inventories, and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Support procurement activities by coordinating with vendors and suppliers.
- Assist in budget planning, track office and logistics-related expenses, and generate financial reports.
- Provide general administrative support to the office, including filing, organizing documents, and managing office supplies.
- Travel as needed for logistics and procurement tasks (Travel will be around 3 to 5 km each week to collect the materials and also to courier the materials ).
**Key Requirements**:
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Proficiency in MS Office for maintaining records and generating reports.
- Knowledge of procurement and logistics processes.
- Ability to track expenses and assist with budget planning.
- Willingness to travel for logistics purposes.
- Education: BBA, B.Com, or any degree.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in office administration, procurement, or logistics.
