Manage office supplies and ensure their availability by coordinating with vendors.
- Assist in filing and organizing documents, both physical and digital.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain a visitor log and ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments.
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Arrange for repairs and servicing of office equipment when needed.
- Manage pantry supplies and ensure refreshments are available.
- Assist in data entry and maintaining records.
- Help organize office events and employee engagement activities.
- Provide clerical support during presentations, training, or meetings.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
