Inside Sales Executive

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Utilize CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to generate, nurture, and convert leads through inbound and outbound sales efforts.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies, including lead scoring, segmentation, and targeting.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align CRM processes with overall sales and marketing objectives.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track lead generation performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Train and support sales and marketing teams on CRM best practices and usage.
- Continuously optimize CRM workflows and processes to enhance lead generation efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to CRM and lead generation.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
