Job Description:
As a Lead Generation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to identify and generate potential leads for our company. You will play a crucial role in driving our sales and business growth by connecting with potential customers and nurturing relationships with them.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in Lead generation or sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
