- Collect medical reports from patients & then coordinate with respective doctors.
- Create invoices to collect payments from clients.
- Coordinate with clients before & after surgery.
- Attend clients’ queries.
- Client follow-ups post-surgery for feedback, photos, Google reviews & all reviews on social media.
- A minimum of 75% reviews should be generated for the entire month.
- Client follow-ups for referrals. The target should be, “number of surgeries during the month multiplied by two”.
- To keep a tap/check on daily reports from Centre Managers & receptionists in regard to inflow, clients, surgeries & procedures.
- Back Office Management (HO): Managing the office boy, maintain a good housekeeping standard, maintaining office decorum, handling petty cash & bill payments on time.
- Inventory Management (Medical): Responsible for Medical Inventory Management across locations with the help of Centre Manager, Receptionist & OT Technicians.
- To keep a check on consumption & carryout purchases on time.
- Inventory Management (General): Responsible to all general / admin purchases across locations.
- Courier Management: Send, track, follow-ups, coordinate, payments etc.
- If you are physically absent for any reason, you must ensure that all tasks related to you should run smoothly. And you can do this with proper planning, communication, coordination & follow-ups.
