**Primary Responsibilities**:
Salesforce Administration:

- Manage user profiles, roles, permissions, and access settings.
- Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business requirements.
- Maintain and enhance workflows, validation rules, and process builder flows.
- Monitor data quality and perform regular data audits and cleanups.

**System Integration**:

- Integrate Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement and support integrations.

**User Support and Training**:

- Provide ongoing user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Develop and conduct training sessions for new and existing users.

**Reporting and Analytics**:

- Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support business insights.
- Assist in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
