Role Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team and lead clients in their Salesforce transformation journey. The successful candidate will have a record of success in managing configuration and drive \adoption using the Salesforce platform. This role will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes on the Salesforce Lightning platform.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions to meet client needs.
  • Analyze business processes and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Administered and configured Salesforce environments to meet project needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce projects.
  • Provide technical support and training to users as needed.
  • Lead design, integration, and innovation of various business operations systems and tools to help create/optimize workflows, custom fields, list segmentation, and data flow management for the client.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements, including designing custom objects, fields, Flows, and validation rules.
  • Manage user roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and security settings to ensure data integrity and user access control.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements leveraging new features.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize needs, and develop solutions within the Salesforce platform.
  • Work with the Salesforce development team to design and implement necessary customizations and integrations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with successful project delivery in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce setup, configuration, tools, and features, best practices, design patterns, and limitations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically, as well as the ability to handle multiple projects under pressure.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to align with the client's timezone.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and complex business logic.
  • High-caliber interpersonal skills, presentation/facilitation skills, and ability to work productively with all levels in an organization while maintaining a positive demeanor.


Salesforce Certifications:

  • Required - Salesforce Administrator
  • Preferred - One or more of the following - Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I
