Job Description

Standort: Metropolregion Stuttgart

Für unseren Kunden, einen der weltweit führenden Maschinen- und Anlagenbauer aus dem Großraum Stuttgart, suchen wir einen Administrator/Consultant für den Bereich Salesforce CRM (C360).

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für den internen Support im Salesforce CRM-Umfeld
  • Verwaltung und Administration der Salesforce C360 Plattform, einschließlich Benutzerdaten und Berechtigungen sowie Integration und Verwaltung von AppExchange-Paketen
  • Durchführung von Fehleranalysen und Zusammenarbeit mit dem 3rd Level Support von Salesforce
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung der Salesforce-Plattform und Evaluierung neuer Releases
  • Überwachung von Schnittstellen und Konnektoren zu anderen Systemen

Voraussetzungen
  • Erste Erfahrung im Umgang und der Administration von Salesforce
  • Idealerweise eine Zertifizierung als Salesforce Administrator
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstark sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Requirements
Erste Erfahrung im Umgang und der Administration von Salesforce Idealerweise eine Zertifizierung als Salesforce Administrator Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Kommunikationsstark sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
