Export Documentation Executive

**Job Summary**:
An Export Documentation Executive is responsible for overseeing the preparation, management, and verification of all documentation required for international shipments. This role involves ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, timely documentation submission, and collaboration with various stakeholders, such as customs agents, freight forwarders, and internal teams.
- **Export Documentation**:
- Prepare and manage export documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, bills of lading).
- Ensure documents comply with international regulations and customs requirements.
- **Coordination with Stakeholders**:
- Collaborate with logistics, sales, and customs agents to streamline documentation processes.
- Communicate with clients and authorities to resolve documentation issues.
- **Compliance & Quality Control**:
- Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to export compliance standards.
- Maintain organized records for audits and regulatory reviews.
- **Process Improvement**:
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficient documentation handling.
- Standardize documentation practices across the export team.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in export documentation or similar role.
- Familiarity with export regulations, customs procedures, and trade documentation.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
