Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Management:
Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth and efficient office management.
Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior management.
Maintain and organize office records, files, and documentation.
Legal Affairs:
Liaise with legal counsel to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Draft, review, and manage legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
Assist in the preparation of legal reports and presentations.
Monitor changes in legislation and advise management on legal implications.
Handle legal correspondence and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Compliance:
Ensure company policies and procedures comply with legal standards.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
Provide training and support to staff on legal and compliance matters.
Communication:
Serve as the point of contact for legal inquiries and issues.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding legal matters.
Prepare and present reports to senior management on legal and administrative issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Proven experience in administrative management and legal affairs.
Strong knowledge of legal processes, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
