Job Description: Admin Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Calling**: Handle inbound and outbound calls as required, ensuring professional and courteous communication.
- **Timesheet Management**: Maintain accurate records of employee timesheets, ensuring timely submission and accuracy.
- **Employee Break Management**: Monitor and manage employee break schedules to ensure compliance with company policies.
- **Fieldwork**: Perform various fieldwork tasks as needed, such as running errands, coordinating with vendors, and managing supplies.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative support to the office, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- **Office Coordination**: Assist with organizing meetings, events, and appointments, ensuring smooth operations within the office.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Local to Noida/Greater Noida, with knowledge of the local area.
