**Sales and Marketing Executive (Real Estate Property)**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in the real estate industry. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our real estate properties in India. Your primary focus will be on driving sales, developing marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with potential buyers. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate market in India, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our real estate properties in India.

Identify and target potential buyers through various channels, including online platforms, social media, networking events, and partnerships with real estate agents.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date with market trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Showcase and present our properties to prospective buyers, highlighting their unique selling points and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, brokers, and other industry professionals to generate leads and referrals.

Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring the successful completion of transactions and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, websites, advertisements, and virtual tours.

Coordinate property viewings and open houses, ensuring the properties are well-prepared and presentable to potential buyers.

Stay updated on the legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate sales in India, ensuring compliance in all transactions.

Prepare regular sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to optimize sales performance.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A specialization in real estate will be an advantage.

Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.

Strong knowledge of the Indian real estate market, including current trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.

Self-motivated and result-driven, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends, as required.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
