Report and track fail trades with broker, custodian and communicating to appropriate client’s internal teams. - Process manual trades in accounting systems as required. - Maintain and update documentation on Trade processing global operational procedures. - Research on discrepancies with trading desk, custodians, and brokers to facilitate timely and accurate settlement of trades. - Hands on syndicated loans, trade settlement and administration functions. - Application Knowledge - IVP, VPM, WSO, Clearpar, Markit Pricing & Markit Loan reconciliation. - Understand and improve problem solving capability for complex trade flow, accounting issues, and transactional discrepancies. - Cash and position reconciliations - Clearing cashbreaks Required Skillset: - Willing to work in US Shift. - Knowledge on capital markets especially in Alternative investments - Hedge Fund/Private equity. - Excellent written verbal communication skill with expertise in facilitating team and client meetings. - Demonstrate delivery skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a go-getter attitude. Job Description - Good Logical, Analytical skills. - Proficient with MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Access Qualifications & Experience: - Strong academics with degree in MBA or an equivalent in Finance or similar field with about 3 - 6 years of experience in Trade Settlements and Reconciliations, Hedge funds
