SLI- Sales

Job Purpose: Is responsible for Acquiring new customers and maintain the accounts of existing customers at the branch level so that Business objectives are achieved.

Job Responsibilities(JR) : 6 - 8 Areas

Actionable (4-6)

Sales (Disbursement)
- Building Portfolio (to achieve Disbursement and POS budget) as per business mandate/ policies
- Bringing No. of Households under Financial Inclusion (Bank's mandate of achieving 10 million HHs)

Managing portfolio (Client Relationship)
- Regular Follow up and repayment monitoring to ensure portfolio growth and quality management as per laid down process
- To ensure business profitability.

Business conduct & Customer relations
- Regular maintenance and follow up of accounts; achieving the high level of customer satisfaction in the area of operations, through reduced transaction costs, faster processing.
- Achieving overall business target in Self-help group/ Joint Liability group assets and liability business through a team of Sales officers.

Operations
- Preparation of SHG/JLG CAM through the system and disburse loan by strictly adhering to all process/policy and compliance guidelines.
- Ensuring on time repayment (OTR), FTR in account/loan booking and strict audit compliance.

Credit analysis
- Selection of good client as per policy & Product related Credit Analysis

Other Areas
- Building No. of Recurring Deposit accounts.
- Conducting Financial Literacy cum Credit Counselling camps (to achieve regulatory directions)
- Client calls as per policy
- Supporting retail branch banking on Govt. liability business thru Lead generation.
- Team management; Ensuring staff Productivity

- 2-4 years of experience in banking / microfinance industry, having good knowledge in rural / livelihood industry.
