**Job Title - **Data Disposal - Support Pilot**

**Location - Pune**

**Role Description**

The Group Records Management Office (GRMO) provides the framework for effective identification, retention, management, and disposal of records in order to meet the Bank’s legal and regulatory obligations. GRMO closely works with divisions and functions on any activities impacting the bank’s record.

A foundation for the bank’s records management activities is the records inventory which collates meta-data about all records in the bank, such as their location and retention requirements. GRMO is overseeing the completion and annual attestation of this inventory and conducts regular quality checks.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Support GRMO team in the quality review of the records inventory
- Support GRMO team for review and preparation of data disposal requests
- Support GRMO team in enhancing tools for tracking and reporting of disposal requests

**Your skills and experience**
- Experience in Records Management, Data Management or Archiving
- Experience regarding IT processes (such as ITIL framework) is a plus
- Very good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (esp. Excel) is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills, with demonstrable ability to interface and converse with stakeholders at all levels
