Job Overview
  • Serve as the intermediary between Records Management and user departments regarding Trial Master Files. Utilize Records Management expertise to offer project-related support across various projects, sites, and project teams. Ensure project timelines are met, and oversee the scanning, transfer, retention, and disposal of project-related and business records. Ensure all activities adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, good clinical practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Essential Functions
    • Apply Records Management expertise to support complex projects and project teams.
    • Effective communication and presentation skills.
    • Experienced with strong Customer Management skills.
    • Act as the key contact for internal/external clients.
    • Ensure project deadlines and goals are achieved by monitoring daily outputs.
    • Maintain records center security to protect record integrity and compliance.
    • Assist in data collection and preparation of statistical reports.
    • Train team members on records management tasks and procedures.
    • Lead functional teams with awareness of scope, budget, and resources.
    • Maintain accurate trackers and systems.
    • Coordinate records transfer, recall, and disposition.
    • Oversee disposal of obsolete records and maintenance of records storage space.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in a health care or scientific discipline.
    • Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
    • Strong experience in core TMF and Veeva Vault system.
    • Manager/Lead with Team Management experience.
    • Proficient in Excel and automation tools like VBA.
    • Competitive, Collaborative, and able to manage teams effectively.
    • Advanced knowledge in records management, ICH, GCP, and regulatory guidelines.
    • Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage competing priorities and establish effective relationships.
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks within defined timelines.
    • Writing and keyboarding skills with occasional travel requirements.
